Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction (Diverse Projects) - Washington, DC


A well-established and growing construction firm in the Washington, DC area is looking to add an Assistant Project Manager with diverse commercial project experience to their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing projects from preconstruction through completion
• Support budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
• Help prepare RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Coordinate with field teams, clients, and vendors
• Track project progress and assist in maintaining timelines and budgets

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction
• Exposure to a variety of project types (office, retail, healthcare, etc.)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
