Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically confident Optometrist to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to practice full-scope medical and routine optometry in a collaborative, well-supported environment with experienced technicians and administrative staff.

Whether you are a seasoned OD or a newer graduate looking for mentorship and growth, we are looking for someone who values patient care, efficiency, professionalism, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations for patients of all ages
• Diagnose and manage ocular disease including glaucoma, dry eye, diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration, and anterior segment conditions
• Fit and manage contact lenses including specialty lenses when appropriate
• Provide excellent patient education and treatment recommendations
• Maintain accurate and timely chart documentation
• Collaborate with staff to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional patient experience
• Participate in co-management care and referrals as needed

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited school of optometry
• Active Florida Optometry license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented mindset

Preferred Experience

• Medical optometry
• Dry eye management
• Specialty contact lenses
• Experience with EHR systems

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time opportunities available
• Some Saturdays may be required
