• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join an acute care team in Park Rapids, MN. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to help patients improve mobility, function, strength, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing patient evaluations and assessments
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Providing therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation services
• Monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans as needed
• Educating patients and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs
• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in EPIC

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist License
• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
• Current AHA BLS Certification
• Ability to work in an acute care environment
• Strong communication and patient care skills
