Relationship Banker

Role Overview The Relationship Banker is a trusted advisor responsible for engaging clients in consultative discussions to understand their financial goals and recommend personalized solutions. They actively promote and sell banking products, including deposits, loans, and referrals to other services, driving growth and deepening client relationships through excellent service and tailored advice. Key Responsibilities Conduct proactive client outreach to identify needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions. Assist clients with deposit accounts, loan applications, and financial guidance aligned with their goals. Make referrals to other bank services such as mortgage, wealth, and business banking. Support sales initiatives and coach team members to foster a high-performance culture. Ensure exceptional client experience by resolving issues promptly and maintaining operational efficiency. Maintain compliance with all regulations, policies, and internal controls. Participate in training, meetings, and operational duties to ensure adherence to standards. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED 5+ years of relevant experience Strong sales, communication, and client service skills Knowledge of banking products and financial advice Ability to perform complex duties and support operational procedures #J-18808-Ljbffr
