This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong customer service and sales skills in a horticulture environment. The role involves working in a fast-paced retail setting with both people and plants. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Customer service and sales Managing cashiers and garden center staff, including scheduling and daily tasks Creating retail displays and garden designs Holiday decor and seasonal displays Requirements: 2-3 years of nursery/plant experience Retail management experience; weekends are required Horticulture knowledge of trees, plants, and shrubs Strong interpersonal and communication skills Benefits are available.
