This opportunity is ideal for someone with approximately six months to one year of residential electrical experience who is eager to continue learning from experienced electricians while building a long-term career in the skilled trades. You'll work alongside experienced team members, gain valuable field experience, and continue developing your troubleshooting, installation, and customer service skills. Responsibilities include: Assist with residential electrical installations, repairs, and service work Help troubleshoot electrical issues under the guidance of experienced electricians Install outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, and other electrical components Learn residential wiring methods, electrical codes, and safety procedures Assist with panel upgrades and electrical system improvements Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members Complete job documentation accurately Follow all company safety policies and industry best practices What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is motivated to learn, enjoys hands-on work, and wants to build a long-term career in the electrical trade.
