Job Description:

Taking vital signs, administering IM and SubQ injections, documenting histories, conducting EKGs, performing diabetic foot exams, assisting with Well Woman Exams and birth control devices, medication reconciliation, applying splints, and communicating test results to patients.

Requirements:

• BLS, ACLS required
• Must have OK LPN license or Compact LPN license
• Minimum 3 years of experience required
• Supervisory references must be from the last year
• Skills checklist from within the last year
• Cerner experience preferred
