Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking an ERP Transformation Project Coordinator for a Remote position with an enterprise organization. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support a large-scale ERP transformation programme implementing IFS Cloud across multiple US sites. Working closely with the Senior Program Director and Project Manager, this hands-on role will provide the day-to-day coordination that keeps a complex and fast-moving programme organised and progressing. The role will be particularly focused on action tracking, RAID management, meeting coordination, programme communications, and training coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clear view of daily and weekly programme priorities and actively follow up with owners on progress
• Chase actions and deliverables to completion rather than simply recording their status
• Track upcoming deadlines, meetings, decisions and dependencies and proactively flag anything at risk
• Coordinate activities across internal workstreams, sites and external delivery partners
• Support the Project Manager with maintaining an accurate picture of programme progress
• Own the administration and maintenance of the programme RAID log
• Ensure risks, issues, actions and dependencies have clear owners, due dates and current status
• Proactively chase overdue items and escalate where commitments are not being met
• Schedule and coordinate programme meetings across multiple teams, locations and time zones
• Attend key programme meetings and capture clear decisions, actions, owners and due dates
• Coordinate inputs for weekly programme status reporting and draft updates
• Support development and coordination of the programme training strategy and rollout plan
• Support coordination of major programme events such as Validation Sessions, SAT, Operational Readiness and Go-Live preparation

Requirements:

• Previous Project Coordinator, PMO Coordinator or similar experience
• Experience supporting technology, transformation or ERP programmes would be advantageous
• Excellent organisational and follow-up skills
• Comfortable managing multiple competing priorities
• Strong written communication skills and able to produce concise, professional meeting notes and programme updates
• Confident chasing actions with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with SharePoint advantageous
• Comfortable working across geographically dispersed teams and time zones
• IFS experience is beneficial but not required
