Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the East Hillsborough County, FL area. Compensation & Earning Potential
- Pay-per-visit model: $30$35 per visit (base rate)
- Average full-time earnings: $55,000 $65,000+ annually
- Quarterly bonus opportunities

Your Role as a Home Health LPN
- Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Perform patient assessments and assist with care planning
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and care plans
- Monitor patient condition and report changes to the supervising RN
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools

Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- CPR certification
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
