Expertise in wound care, quality improvement, MDS, falls, hydration, infection control, care planning, etc.… a plus.Minimum 3 years’ experience in a healthcare leadership role (Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, etc.).Experience with an electronic medical record (EMR) system is preferred.Must obtain Infection Prevention Certification within 90 days of employment.CPR/First Aide training preferred.Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
