Location: Aspire Senior Living - Central Missouri market area (Must be willing to travel to East Region communities)

Aspire Senior Living is seeking a motivated and compassionate Regional Administrator (LNHA) to lead our East Division communities in the Central Missouri market area. As a Regional Administrator (LNHA) , you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care and services for our residents. Regional Administrator (LNHA) Responsibilities:
Lead and manage regional operations, including coordinating with community administrators and staff
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, referral sources, and vendors
Analyze and improve operational efficiency, quality of care, and financial performance
Collaborate with the central office and other regional administrators to achieve company goals
Regional Administrator (LNHA) Requirements:
Active and good standing Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).
Active and good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Missouri
Must be willing to travel regularly between assigned communities in East Region.
Minimum 3–5+ years of multi-site leadership experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior living
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with staff, residents, families, and stakeholders
Proven track record of regulatory compliance (state & federal) and successful survey outcomes
Strong financial acumen, including budget management, P&L oversight, and census growth
