Patient Services Specialist

Our Sun Valley - Laurel Canyon Blvd and Northridge-Devonshire Blvd clinics are looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Patient Services Specialist! In this role, you'll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration. This position is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Tuesday to Friday. What you'll do includes greeting and welcoming patients to the clinic, managing patient check-in and check-out and engaging with patients in person, by phone, and via email. You'll also perform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye care, coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments. Manage eyewear pick-ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewear. Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive patient experience. Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required.

What you bring includes bilingual (Spanish/English) is considered an asset, previous retail experience is considered an asset, ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment, proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with patients and delivering exceptional patient experiences. A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively. A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The expected starting compensation for this position is between $19.50 to $21.00 hourly, considering factors like experience, skills, and qualifications.
