Our main campus is located in Berwyn, PA. As a Clinician or Behavior Analyst you will provide supports to adult individuals living in Berwyn and surrounding residences in Delaware and Chester counties.Responsibilities include working with an interdisciplinary team to provide social, behavioral, and emotional supports. Participate in the programming of group homes to monitor for therapeutic approaches and high quality of care. Conduct on-site direct observations on a regular basis and have well developed performance-based feedback skills that supports the team process. Develop positive behavior support plans based on assessment results. Conduct staff training and provide behavioral consultation. Coordinate data collection and summarize data into graphed formats.
