Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and equipment testing
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service with respect and professionalism
• Document work accurately and maintain clear communication
• Collaborate within small local teams and support training efforts
• Utilize standard HVAC tools and mobile communication apps effectively

Required Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of HVAC system installation and preventative maintenance
• Familiarity with electrical systems and refrigeration principles
• Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills
• Effective time management and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to safety protocols
