Project Executive – Data CenterThis position will provide overall leadership for project performance, contract negotiations, client relations, budget, schedule, and trade partner management. The Project Executive will also lead and maintain compliance with corporate safety and quality standards and will serve as the direct point of contact for clients.Requirements and Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree – Construction Management or Engineering with a minimum of 15+ years of GC experience.Multiple medium to large datacenter project experience ($100M+) is requiredMust share our Core Values: Safety, Integrity, Passion, and Commitment.Strong problem solving and analytical skills, including the judgment to know when to escalate issues up the chain of commandStrong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented, and the ability to multi-taskStrong working knowledge of contract terms and legal provisions that impact project profitabilityExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior management and clientsA proven track record of motivating project team to exceed project goalsEffective negotiation and contract management skills to represent the company with the OwnerSelf-Motivated, and self-confidentAbility to develop client relationships to gain future workAbility to recruit and build a project team.Primary Duties:Project AcquisitionUsing industry contacts to generate leadsParticipating in RFP processParticipating in Contract negotiations as neededPre-Construction / Project Start-upWork with Pre-Con team to develop budgets and schedulesAssemble project TeamLead Turnover Meeting between Pre-Con and Project Team.Project OperationsThoroughly understand contract and ensure project team understands and is compliantVisit project site regularly to monitor performanceMonitor and evaluate performance of project teamFull understanding of Accounts Receivable, Financial Forecasting and P&L for projectAssist project staff with Baseline Schedule developmentAssist project team Lean/Last Planner processesChampion project safety program and performanceClient ManagementAttend owner and project meetings, maintain continuous client communication?
