Responsibilities Assist in the installation of residential HVAC systems, ensuring quality and efficiency. Effectively use hand and power tools to perform installation tasks. Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Deliver excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and queries promptly. Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting weights of 50lbs or more regularly. Accurately record time and job information using a tablet. Qualifications Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service. Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Physical capability to perform strenuous tasks, including lifting 50lbs or more regularly. A positive attitude and a keen willingness to learn and grow professionally.
