Organize, maintain, and manage large volumes of case files and medical records. Assist with case preparation, including discovery, pleadings, and trial materials. Coordinate with attorneys, clients, medical providers, and experts. Draft correspondence and legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail. Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures. Qualifications Prior experience as a paralegal, preferably in medical malpractice or complex litigation. Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to think and act independently with minimal supervision. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Strong problem‑solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
