Veta Virtual is hiring a  Customer Support Specialist  for one of our high-growth clients in the Fintech and Cryptocurrency industry. This is a customer-first, communication-driven role for someone friendly, professional, and genuinely energized by helping people navigate digital currency confidently — including some light technical troubleshooting along the way. You'll be the first voice and first response customers get when they reach out, resolving what you can independently and escalating the rest with clarity.

  Your Role:

• Serving as the first point of contact across calls, emails, and chats — responding promptly and professionally throughout the day.
• Guiding customers through account setup, transactions, and platform features using approved scripts and a natural, conversational tone — making sure every interaction ends with the customer clear on next steps.
• Troubleshooting basic technical issues — login problems, transaction errors, wallet connection, or app navigation — before escalating anything more complex to the technical team.
• Quickly locating customer accounts and case history during live interactions, and documenting every interaction accurately in the CRM.
• Escalating complex technical or account issues with clarity — knowing when to resolve independently and when to hand off to a specialist team.

✅  What You'll Need:

• Excellent verbal and written English, with a friendly, patient, and genuinely customer-focused personality.
• Comfortable handling high volumes of calls, chats, and emails simultaneously — composed and consistent even during busy periods.
• Basic technical aptitude — comfortable troubleshooting simple platform, login, or transaction issues, and knowing when to escalate something more complex.
• Strong CRM proficiency or a demonstrated ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving instincts — you document everything accurately and recognize when a situation needs escalation.
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, call center, or virtual assistant roles is strongly preferred.
• Bonus: basic knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, or digital wallets, or prior experience in a tech support/help desk environment.
• To be considered for this role, you must be currently based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe.

  Schedule:   Full-time, 5 days a week, fixed 9-hour shifts. This is a 24/7 operation based in U.S. Central Time — your shift could fall at any time of day, including overnight, and on any day of the week. Once assigned, your schedule stays fixed.
