We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (GNA) to join our part-time team in Cumberland, Maryland, USA . As a GNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting a positive and supportive environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including basic hygiene, grooming, and transfers

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff

• Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and services

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and respect for patients' dignity and rights

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (GNA)

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift and transfer patients, as well as stand for long periods

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
