Estamos buscando una persona responsable y orientada a los detalles para unirse a nuestro equipo de operaciones de eventos como Trabajador de Almacén de Carpas para Bodas. Este puesto se enfoca en limpiar, inspeccionar, mantener y preparar carpas y equipos relacionados para bodas y eventos especiales. El candidato ideal se enorgullece de realizar un trabajo de calidad y entiende que la preparación detrás de escena es esencial para crear experiencias impecables.
Responsabilidades Principales
Limpiar, lavar, secar y desinfectar techos de carpas, paredes laterales y accesorios según los estándares de la empresa.
Inspeccionar carpas, postes, estacas, trinquetes y herrajes para detectar daños, manchas o desgaste.
Realizar reparaciones menores como parchar, reemplazar correas y ajustar herrajes.
Doblar, enrollar y almacenar adecuadamente los materiales de las carpas para evitar daños y prolongar su vida útil.
Preparar y organizar las carpas y el equipo para próximas entregas según las órdenes de eventos.
Cargar y descargar carpas y equipos en los camiones de entrega cuando sea necesario.
Mantener la limpieza y organización del almacén y las áreas de lavado.
Seguir los procedimientos de seguridad al manejar materiales grandes y operar equipos.
Informar a la gerencia sobre faltantes de inventario o artículos dañados.
Requisitos Físicos
Capacidad para levantar y cargar entre 50–100 libras con o sin ayuda.
Capacidad para estar de pie, agacharse, arrodillarse y moverse continuamente durante el turno.
Comodidad para trabajar en interiores y exteriores bajo diferentes condiciones climáticas.
Capacidad para operar de manera segura carretillas y otros equipos de almacén.
Calificaciones
Gran atención al detalle y compromiso con la calidad.
Persona confiable, puntual y capaz de trabajar de manera independiente o en equipo.
Conocimiento básico de herramientas y técnicas de reparación menor (preferido).
Experiencia previa en almacén, limpieza o renta de eventos es una ventaja, pero no es obligatoria.
Disposición para aprender los procedimientos de preparación de carpas y normas de seguridad.
Ambiente de Trabajo
Entorno dinámico de almacén que apoya bodas y eventos especiales.
El horario puede incluir fines de semana y horas extendidas durante la temporada alta de bodas.
