As our organization continues to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team and help maintain the accuracy and organization of our business records.

 

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to accurately enter, update, and maintain company records and databases. In this role, you will ensure information is entered correctly, review documents for accuracy, organize digital files, and support administrative operations. The ideal candidate has strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer and company data in internal systems.
• Review records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Verify and correct data discrepancies when necessary.
• Organize and maintain electronic files and digital records.
• Process forms, documents, and administrative records.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Generate reports and update spreadsheets as assigned.
• Perform routine data quality checks to ensure database accuracy.
• Communicate with team members regarding data-related questions or updates.
• Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
• Previous data entry, administrative, or clerical experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent typing and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
