Charge Nurse RN Cardiac Care

Cardiac Tele RN Position – Research Medical Center Join HCA Healthcare’s cardiac team to provide patient-centered care in a progressive care unit dedicated to post‑operative cardiac patients. You will support patients recovering from open heart surgeries, catheterizations, device placements, and other cardiovascular interventions. Responsibilities Monitor and analyze heart rhythms; interpret ECGs and identify arrhythmias. Provide continuous assessment of acute changes in cardiology patients. Initiate timely interventions during emergency situations. Collaborate with cardiology providers for evidence-based patient care. Assist in patient education and discharge planning. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Current Missouri RN license required. BLS certification at hire, maintained throughout employment. ACLS certification within six months of hire. Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills. Basic computer skills and ability to work effectively in a clinical environment. Previous clinical experience preferred. Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.
