Event Marketing Assistant - Entry Level

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events , including trade shows and promotional campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event strategies, themes, and objectives
• Coordinate event logistics , including setup, breakdown, and on-site operations
• Interact with attendees to provide customer support and brand representation
• Support the creation and distribution of event marketing materials (flyers, invitations, promotional assets)
• Manage event registration processes and maintain accurate attendee records
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new event opportunities
• Track and analyze event performance metrics , including attendance, engagement, and ROI
• Stay updated on industry trends, event marketing strategies, and competitor activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations , or related field preferred
• Previous experience or internships in event planning, marketing, promotions, or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
