The Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for the guests.Responsibilities:Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.Perform thorough bathroom cleaning.Vacuum and/or mop floors in guest rooms and common areas.Handle guest requests for extra amenities.Report any maintenance issues or damage observed in guest rooms.Collaborate with other housekeeping team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests, addressing their concerns or requests promptly and courteously.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Prior experience in a housekeeping or similar role is preferred.Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of safety and sanitation practices in a hospitality setting.Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion.Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.Our Company: Weyland Ventures, Weyland Ventures Hospitality, Common Bond Hotel Collection.Weyland Ventures is a multi-disciplinary real estate development firm known for creating unique mixed-use properties in urban areas across the nation.
