Competitive compensation: $28-$36/hr based on experience Medical, dental, and vision coverage Company-paid medical insurance and bonus opportunities Access to health and wellness centers, including virtual medical services 401(k) retirement plan with up to 5% company match Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability coverage Paid vacation plus 12 company-paid holidays Tuition reimbursement programs Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Overtime opportunities Long-term career growth with a global automotive manufacturer Job Details Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair automated production equipment Diagnose electrical systems, PLCs, CNC controls, drives, and servo motors Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems Perform mechanical repairs on gearboxes, bearings, ball screws, rails, and related components Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment uptime Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment modifications Maintain a safe and organized work environment Qualifications 2 years of industrial maintenance experience Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, relay logic, and three-phase power Experience with VFDs, AC/DC drives, and servo motors Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Manufacturing experience preferred Preferred Skills PLC Troubleshooting Industrial Electrical Maintenance CNC Equipment VFDs & Servo Drives Hydraulics & Pneumatics Automated Production Equipment Three-Phase Electrical Systems Preventive Maintenance Root Cause Analysis Manufacturing Maintenance Interested in hearing more?
