Production MIG Fabricator–Welder
Do you enjoy turning raw steel into reliable, repeatable parts? Can you read a print, set your machine, and get to work? If that sounds like you, you might be the person we’re looking for.
Imagine your first weekYou’ll review blueprints, dial in your MIG settings, cut stock on the band saw, and knock out weldments that pass inspection the first time. Between runs, you’ll help keep the shop swept, tools organized, and workstations safe.
Core responsibilities- MIG weld production parts to spec, maintaining consistency and quality
- Prep materials: band-saw cutting, basic fit-up, and grinding/finishing
- Set up fixtures and welding parameters for efficient throughput
- Interpret blueprints and measure accurately with a tape measure
- Troubleshoot weld issues; perform basic soldering when required
- Hands-on MIG experience and solid troubleshooting skills
- Comfort with blueprint reading and production welding setups
- OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10) a plus
Lift up to 50 lbs; stand, bend, and move safely around shop equipment.
