Product Developers Product developers create, innovate, research, conduct tests, and build systems for the successful implementation of Bluewhistle products. Responsibilities Work on developing and improving existing products, and if needed, develop new ones. Understand each aspect of a product and specify requirements to other teams. Create systems and document all processes diligently, ensuring seamless communication between different teams. Expectations / Qualifications Top‑notch work ethics. Knowledge of history, politics, and other humanities subjects. Knowledge of pedagogy, psychology, and education in general. Fantastic communication skills (written, verbal). Passion for telling stories and creating impact. Willingness to understand and create systems and processes. Research Interns Research interns are the heart of Bluewhistle Product teams. They bring fresh ideas and help our products receive a reality check. Responsibilities Enrich our curriculum with the best, least‑known stories. Conduct research to expand the scope of our current products and bring solutions, even leading to new questions. Provide perspective at the pedagogic level. Expectations / Qualifications Availability for the entire duration of the internship period. A strong knack for research and writing.
