Must-Have:
Experience with telemetry interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
Experience with Epic charting system
Ability to float between similar units as needed
Weekend availability required, every other weekend


Description:
The Telemetry Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to adult patients.
This position requires a strong knowledge of cardiac telemetry and dysrhythmia management.
Nurses will manage patients with various diagnoses and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Required skills include the administration of blood products, BiPAP/CPAP management, and various monitoring techniques.
The nurse will also provide care for patients with central lines, chest tubes, and nasogastric tubes.
Cardiac drips will be managed without titration, and non-invasive airway management will be utilized.
Effective communication and teamwork are essential components of this role.
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the interpretation of arterial blood gases and dysrhythmias.
This role requires adherence to isolation precautions and safety protocols.
Experience with phlebotomy and IV initiation and management is necessary.
The nursing team will support patient care through effective wound management and care for various medical devices.
Scheduling will involve block scheduling with weekend coverage required.
Nurses will be required to float to meet facility needs.
