Responsibilities Assist customers with questions regarding products and services. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Communicate product and service information clearly and professionally. Identify opportunities to support customer retention and sales. Follow up with prospective and existing customers. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and account activities. Assist with customer satisfaction and acquisition initiatives. Support promotional activities and sales opportunities. Communicate customer feedback and account questions to appropriate team members. Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service and sales goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused and professional attitude. Strong relationship-building abilities. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong problem-solving and listening skills. Reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented. Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, account support, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
