To support its legal operations, the full-time remote Senior Corporate Counsel will manage sophisticated commercial transactions, provide legal and risk assessments, and collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient contract execution and compliance. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, negotiate, and close client, agency, vendor, and strategic-partner agreements Evaluate legal and commercial risks while advising on contract terms and operational capabilities Develop a legal decision matrix and establish approval processes for contract management Required Qualifications 7-10 years of post-J.D. transactional legal experience at a law firm or corporation Significant experience leading complex commercial transactions independently Strong negotiation skills with B2B SaaS and technology agreements Knowledge of U.S. privacy and data-protection requirements Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active membership in a U.S. state bar
