Company Profile: Culligan Ultrapure is a Culligan Water franchise that started in 1962 with and has over 40 locations spread across Minnesota, Indiana, Arizona, Missouri, Michigan, Wisconsin, Iowa and Texas. The company services residential, commercial, and industrial customers with water purification and softening systems.

What You'll Do: The Area Sales Manager is responsible for achieving budgeted sales goals within the assigned region while ensuring a consistently high level of customer service that exceeds expectations. This role oversees and supports a team of sales representatives who offer a range of water treatment solutions, including water softeners and healthy drinking water systems. Key responsibilities include hiring and training new sales team members, conducting regular ride-a longs to provide coaching and performance feedback, and developing marketing strategies to drive lead generation and increase market share. The Area Sales Manager also creates targeted action plans for sales representatives requiring additional guidance to meet performance standards. This position will oversee our Household Sales Representatives in Corpus Christi, Victoria, Brownwood, Pampa, Plainview, and Lake Havasu. This role will be approximately 50-75% travel.

What We're Looking For: BS degree preferred with an emphasis in Sales or Marketing along with 5+ year of sales experience (relevant experience will be considered in place of degree) Proven track record of residential sales experience is preferred. Community involvement. Excellent time management, telephone, and presentation skills. Ability to work unsupervised. Ability to obtain Culligan Sales License within 90-days of employment. Valid driver's license

This is a base + monthly bonus position. The expected total annual compensation for this role ranges from $110,000 to $140,000, depending on individual performance. Actual compensation may vary based on sales performance
