Job Description Are you an Occupational Therapist looking to build a rewarding career in a specialized outpatient setting? At The Hale Hand Center , you'll join a highly respected team dedicated to helping patients regain function and improve their quality of life through expert hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. What You'll Do: As an Occupational Therapist , you'll play an essential role in helping patients achieve their functional goals by: Evaluating patients and developing individualized treatment plans Fabricating and fitting custom splints based on patient diagnoses Providing evidence-based interventions to improve upper extremity function and independence in daily activities Monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans as needed Maintaining accurate and timely documentation Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional patient care Educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, adaptive techniques, and equipment Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards Qualifications Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program Current state of Florida license CPR certification Outgoing, compassionate, and patient-focused personality A strong desire to learn and grow in a specialty practice Additional Information Why Join The Hale Hand Center?
