Premium Hospitality Lead: Live Events & Guest Experience

The Role Oversees premium dining and hospitality areas to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Leads and supports service teams across suites, clubs, and in‑seat operations, maintaining high standards of quality, professionalism, and efficiency. Collaborates with culinary and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution, prompt service, and a welcoming environment for all guests. Essential Functions Inputting daily event sheets and daily reports Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of event staff Work closely with the customer service department to improve customer service in all assigned areas Complete inventory at assigned locations and input in Yellow Dog inventory program Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times Interact with guests and staff to ensure guest satisfaction Have extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu, specials, and services offered Know the layout of the bars, suites, in‑seat and restaurant area where you are working Provide guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed expectations Ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory and cash control procedures Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within arena Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company‑wide safety training and any additional job‑specific safety training Encourage your team to follow all safety policies and procedures, including reporting unsafe work conditions, and complete required safety training Other duties as assigned Qualifications All applicants must be at least 18 years of age Must have 2 years experience and basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette Ability to multitask in a fast paced, team orientated setting Must be able to read, speak and write English Language in order to communicate with guests Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds Must meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service Ability to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays with open availability for all events scheduled. Known mandatory events this year include opening days, Christmas, New Years, MLK weekend, St Patrick’s, and possible events like NCAA or playoffs Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time Must have two (2) to three (3) years of supervisory experience working in a fast‑paced bar, high‑end club, or restaurant High school diploma or equivalent Some college preferred Compensation Hourly Rate of $22 - $26, commensurate with experience Working Conditions Location: On Site – Yankee Stadium, Bronx, NY Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
