Top Am Law 50 Law firm is seeking an experienced associate to join their Capital Markets Group of the Corporate Department.
Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of experience representing corporate issuers and major investment banks in all aspects of equity capital markets financings, advising clients on compliance and corporate governance issues and strategic mergers and acquisitions transactions. Candidates must have superior verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and client service skills and the ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment. J.D. degree from an accredited law school or equivalent is required and experience working at a large law firm is preferred.
