AHL HealthCare Group is seeking both part‑time and full‑time Behavioral Health Practitioners (BHPR), also known as Mental Health Practitioners, to join our team at our IRTS facility. Hours Of Available Positions Full‑Time Roles Awake Overnight (11:55 pm‑8am), every other weekend availability required Part‑Time Roles Day shift (8am‑4pm) Evening shift (4pm‑12am) Every other weekend availability required Compensation $21.00‑25.00/hour depending on experience and education Essential Duties And Responsibilities Implement and follow person‑centered positive practice behavior support plans / ITPs for individuals to maintain or improve areas of independent living such as symptom management, budgeting, maintaining services, meal prep/planning, employment, etc. Maintain general knowledge of social services, record keeping, reporting requirements and confidentiality. Create and follow ITP plans devised for clients, using creative ways to encourage participation. Provide support and supervision as defined in each ITP plan, using therapeutic interventions while ensuring consumer safety. Regularly travel in the community, transport clients, and assure safe vehicle operation including all passengers wearing seatbelts, respecting speed limits, following agency policy, maintaining current car insurance, and holding a valid driver’s license at all times. Qualifications For All IRTS Staff Ability to multitask and strong communication skills. Enjoys conducting groups and is an effective team member. Ability to pass MVR, maintain a valid driver’s license, insurance, and maintain background study clearance. Prior IRTS experience preferred. Qualifications For Behavioral Health Practitioners Coursework Qualification Set 30 semester hours and 2000 supervised hours in Behavioral Health or related field. OR Completed practicum or internship in Behavioral Sciences or related field. Work Experience Qualification Set 4000 supervised hours in Behavioral Health or related field. OR 2000 supervised hours and receives weekly clinical supervision from MHP.
