Job Description
The Store Manager oversees daily store operations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, efficient staff management, and effective inventory control. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining store standards, and leading a team to achieve business goals. The Store Manager plays a key role in optimizing store profitability while upholding company policies and standards.

Responsibilities
Manage, train, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service
Oversee inventory control to ensure proper stock levels and prevent shrinkage
Drive sales initiatives and monitor sales performance
Handle budgeting and financial planning to meet store targets
Coordinate staff scheduling and shift management
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
Develop merchandising strategies to optimize product presentation
Prepare and submit regular store performance reports
Implement loss prevention measures to safeguard assets

Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in retail management
Strong knowledge of retail management, inventory control, and sales analysis
Excellent customer service and leadership skills
Proficiency in scheduling and budgeting practices
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
