A well‐established manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee all aspects of materials planning, procurement, inventory control, and supplier management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced production environment and enjoys building efficient, scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead materials planning, purchasing, and inventory management to support production schedules
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts and inventory levels
• Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and ensure on‐time delivery
• Implement and monitor KPIs related to materials flow, accuracy, and performance
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and finance teams to align materials strategy
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in materials management, supply chain, or related field
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Proven track record of reducing costs and improving materials flow
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, medical device, or similar industries preferred
• APICS/CPIM certification is a plus
