PM Production Foreman Pepsi MidAmerica | Marion, Illinois Full-Time | PM Shift | Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–2:00 AM Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year, based on experience. Position Overview Pepsi MidAmerica, located in Marion, Illinois, is seeking an experienced and motivated PM Production Foreman to oversee and lead daily production line operations. This position plays an important role in ensuring production goals are met while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, efficiency, and teamwork . The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on leader who can effectively supervise employees, troubleshoot production issues, and keep operations running smoothly throughout the shift. Key Responsibilities Operate and manage assigned production lines to achieve maximum efficiency and quality standards. Supervise production employees and provide leadership, direction, coaching, and support. Perform production line start-up procedures to ensure equipment is ready for timely operation. Assist employees with production tasks during problem periods to maintain consistent workflow. Oversee preventive maintenance needs for production line equipment and issue work orders to Maintenance when necessary. Complete and review daily production and downtime reports to identify and address performance issues. Enforce company safety policies and procedures and promote a safe working environment. Maintain clear communication and positive working relationships with employees and management. Coordinate with other departments, including Shipping and Receiving, to support overall production efficiency. Promptly report equipment, personnel, or operational concerns to the Production Superintendent. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar environment preferred. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Mechanical aptitude and ability to assist with troubleshooting equipment and production issues. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced production environment. Strong commitment to safety, quality, efficiency, and teamwork. Must be able to reliably report to the Marion, Illinois facility for the scheduled PM shift. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year, based on experience.
