As a licensed clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD), you will play an integral role in facilitating therapeutic interventions that empower our clients to reclaim their lives free from addiction.

About the Organization\n

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, we pride ourselves on being a respected community health clinic based in Houtzdale, Pennsylvania, specializing in comprehensive substance abuse treatment. Our dedicated team of multidisciplinary professionals is committed to fostering a safe and therapeutic environment that promotes healing. We recognize the unique challenges faced by individuals struggling with addiction and strive to provide tailored support that addresses both their mental health and substance use issues.

  • \n
  • Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, fostering a safe space for clients to share and heal.
  • \n
  • Coordinate with fellow treatment team members to ensure an integrated approach to client care, emphasizing holistic recovery strategies.
  • \n
  • Provide education and support to clients' families to enhance their involvement in the recovery journey.
  • \n
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.
  • \n
Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals dealing with substance use disorders, many of whom may also be facing co-occurring mental health issues, such as anxiety or depression. Our diverse patient population includes adults from various backgrounds, providing a rich opportunity for you to apply therapeutic methodologies suited to a wide range of needs. Your expertise will directly affect positive patient outcomes — helping individuals achieve sustained sobriety and improve their overall mental health.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • \n
  • Completion of specialized training programs in addiction counseling is essential.
  • \n
  • A thorough understanding of evidence-based practices concerning substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
  • \n
  • Demonstrated therapeutic and counseling skills with a proven ability to motivate and engage clients effectively.
  • \n
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • \n
Preferred Experience\n

While comprehensive clinical experience is valued, we particularly welcome candidates who bring specialized experience in treating substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. Familiarity with best practices in addiction treatment and previous experience in group therapy facilitation will enhance your contribution to our team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, set between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, contingent on your experience and credentials. In addition to a strong salary, Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement planning options, and generous paid time off.
