Financial Services Sales and Marketing Professional for AI Training [Remote]

This role invites experienced sales, relationship management, and marketing professionals from Fortune 500 banks, wealth managers, asset managers, and insurers to recreate the digital workspaces they navigate daily. Your expertise will help design tasks that genuinely challenge state-of-the-art AI, contributing to the future of financial services.

• Construct a realistic digital workspace using your everyday tools, including pitch decks, client briefs, segment plans, campaign calendars, compliance-reviewed materials, pipeline reviews, and email threads, while incorporating platforms such as Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, HubSpot, or Marketo.
• Design multi-step tasks based on your actual workflows that require navigating various applications, files, and stakeholders, effectively challenging frontier AI agents.
• Collaborate with fellow financial services sales and marketing experts to shape the environment, define task scope, and review scenarios for realism and rigor.
• Work asynchronously with research teams to refine task designs and evaluation criteria for financial services agent benchmarks.
• Contribute to frontier AI research and benchmarking, with your work directly influencing how leading labs train and evaluate the next generation of AI systems.

• 3+ years of full-time sales, relationship management, or marketing experience at a Fortune 500 bank, wealth or asset manager, or insurer.
• Experience in areas such as:
• Wealth management or private bank relationship management.
• Corporate or commercial banking coverage or treasury services sales.
• Asset management distribution, RIA channel, or institutional sales.
• Retail banking marketing, segment strategy, or campaign management.
• Compliance-reviewed marketing, FINRA-registered communications, or insurance marketing.
• Series 6/7/63/65/66 or insurance licenses are a plus; familiarity with FINRA/SEC marketing rules.
• Proficient in using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, HubSpot/Marketo, and Tableau/Power BI.
• Strong analytical thinking and writing skills, capable of translating financial sales and marketing workflows into structured task specifications.

Employment type is one-time, with remote work flexibility.

Task completion pay ranges from $1, 150 to $1, 450 per completed task, subject to change as the project evolves. Top performers may receive a weekly bonus incentive in addition to their per-task rate. There is potential for top performers to transition to an hourly compensation model based on sustained quality and throughput.
