100% Onsite | Los Angeles, CA
We’re looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join a growing professional services organization! This is a hands-on role with a strong recruiting focus, with approximately 60% of the position dedicated to talent acquisition and candidate coordination. What You’ll Do: Review resumes and conduct candidate prescreens Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communicationPost jobs and utilize job boards to attract talent Manage candidate activity through ATS/ADP Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
Assist with employee relations and HR administration Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
Partner with leadership and hiring managers on staffing needs Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance What We’re Looking For: 2+ years o HR Generalist experience
Strong recruiting and candidate coordination experience
Experience with ATS, ADP, and job boards
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Law firm or professional services experience as a must
Bilingual English/Spanish is a major plus
Comfortable working 100% onsite
