AirWorks is looking for the "Special Ops" of HVAC Installers. As a family-run, Mom Approved shop, we don't cut corners, rush jobs, or leave a customer guessing. We're looking for an Experienced HVAC Installer who treats every installation like it's going into their own home someone who takes pride in doing it right the first time, every time. Full-System Installations: Execute complete HVAC installations ductwork, electrical, refrigeration piping, and system setup to code and to the highest standard.

Experience: 3+ years installing HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings.

Technical Chops: Strong command of ductwork, electrical connections, refrigeration piping, and system setup.

Certifications: EPA Universal is a plus; NATE certification makes you stand out.

Clean Record: Valid CA driver's license and a spotless driving history.

Grit: Able to lift 75+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in whatever conditions the job demands with a great attitude.

Flexibility: Available for occasional weekends and overtime when the team needs you.
