Roles & Responsibilities

Work closely with SAP systems, handle customer returns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity
Process customer returns accurately, efficiently, and on time
Document receipt of returned materials with strong attention to detail
Investigate and resolve issues related to returns; follow up to completion
Execute SAP transactions related to material handling and logistics processes
Support additional logistics tasks and fill in across roles as needed
Follow established safety, quality, and productivity standards

Experience Required

Experience using SAP systems – preferred

Skills & Certifications

Material handling and returns processing
SAP transaction execution
Basic computer skills
Communication and teamwork
Attention to detail and dependability

Eligibilities & qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team environment
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to frequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs with assistance
Ability to push/pull loads up to 320 lbs and operate a manual pallet jack
Ability to perform frequent movement (standing, walking, bending, reaching, grabbing)
Occasional use of a warehouse ladder to access shelving
