Senior Financial Planning Analyst

A leading motorsports and recreational products manufacturer has a direct hire opportunity for a Senior Analyst, FP&A in Kennesaw, GA! This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys building financial models, analyzing business drivers, and partnering with leadership to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes through driver-based financial modeling Analyze business performance and communicate key variances versus forecast and budget Develop product-level pricing, cost, profitability, and product mix analyses Partner with business leaders to evaluate spending, optimize investments, and support sales initiatives Build and distribute KPI scorecards, dashboards, and management reports Deliver clear, data-driven insights through presentations and financial storytelling Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and profitability analysis Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA, CPA, and/or CMA preferred) 5-8 years of financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and planning experience Manufacturing and/or distribution industry experience preferred Advanced Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office proficiency Experience working with large datasets and analytics tools such as Power BI Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders TRC Talent Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
