Required Qualifications: Minimum of three to five years industry related experience and/or training. Experience and working knowledge of cylinder fill operations or similar industrial production industry. Must be proficient in operation of forklift and maintain appropriate forklift certifications. Must be able to work flexible hours and meet customer needs. Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines. Demonstrates a clear and effective speaking manner for the purpose of explaining information to customers and employees. Experience leading teams in a production environment. Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment and operate in a drug-free workplace. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in engineering, operations, etc. preferred. High school degree or the equivalent preferred, with two to three years related experience in similar industry and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. The annual base salary range for this position in California is $85,000.00. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
