A respected healthcare team in Northern California is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join its Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care team.


This is a great opportunity for a CNA looking for a full-time position in a supportive, community-focused setting with a strong team culture and beautiful mountain surroundings.


Position Highlights:

• Full-Time
• Day Shift: 3x12s
• Night Shift also available
• Shift differential available for nights
• $22.25 - $31.75/hour
• $1,500 Sign-On Bonus

CNA Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Take and record vital signs
• Answer call lights and support resident care needs
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
• Monitor for changes in resident condition and report concerns to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized resident care environment
• Provide compassionate care in a long-term care / skilled nursing setting

Qualifications

• Current California CNA certification
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to provide safe, respectful, and compassionate resident care
• Previous skilled nursing, long-term care, or patient care experience preferred
