The Legal Counsel will provide day to day legal support to the US business unit, working in partnership with business stakeholders across the organization.Core responsibilities include policy form and endorsement drafting, product strategy development and innovation, legal support for marketing initiatives, assisting with regulatory matters, inquiries and filings, serving as legal partner on project teams, and legal research.This is an exciting opportunity for a go-getter looking for exposure to all aspects of commercial specialty insurance.This is a hybrid position, with minimum twice a week in-office presence required.What You'll Be Doing:Coordinate with partners across claims, operations, and underwriting to develop policy form wordings, including competitor market research. In 2026, gross written premiums for the segment will represent over $1bn.
