Associate Director - Project/Program Management

Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget Coordinate resources effectively and adhere to industry-standard methodologies Oversee operational aspects and day-to-day management of related initiatives Implement and execute strategies developed by higher management Lead entry-level and career-level staff Influence hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates Provide strategic leadership for complex transformation initiatives supporting customer experience, operational efficiency, workforce modernization, and business performance Translate enterprise objectives into executable programs Develop and execute data-driven operational strategies Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-enabled solutions and intelligent automation Lead business intelligence, analytics, and reporting initiatives Establish measurement frameworks and governance processes Lead CARE organization planning, readiness, and execution for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships Develop integration strategies, execute transition plans, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless customer and employee experiences Requirements Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired 5+ years of proven people management experience 10+ years of related corporate experience is required Minimum office presence of 5 days per week Position is only located in the posted location; no relocation is offered Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in project execution, resource coordination, and strategic leadership for transformation initiatives.
