Job Title: Licensed Clinical Psychologist – Diagnostic Evaluations (Part-Time, Hybrid) Department: Clinical Reports to: Clinical Psychologist FLSA Classification: Independent Contractor (1099) Compensation: $90 to $160/hour. Hybrid Role: Testing occurs in one of our Washington-DC Baltimore area Clinics (most likely connecting with families in our Columbia or Upper Marlboro locations) Families may travel to the location you’re working from to maintain your preferred schedule. About the Role You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations for individuals with suspected Autism Spectrum Disorder. This includes administering assessments, integrating results, and providing high-quality diagnostic reports and feedback to families. Key Responsibilities: Conduct interviews, direct/indirect assessments (including ADOS-2, ADI-R, and similar tools). Score, interpret, and write comprehensive diagnostic reports. Deliver findings and recommendations to families and referral sources. Submit completed reports and invoices within 48 hours of patient contact. Maintain professional and ethical standards in all evaluations. What We’re Looking For Required: Advanced degree in Psychology Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Limited Licensed Psychologist in Michigan Proficiency in autism diagnostic tools (e.g., ADOS-2, ADI-R) Preferred: 1–3+ years of experience conducting ASD diagnostic evaluations Experience with hybrid/telehealth models Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills Confidence in working independently with clinical integrity Commitment to compassionate, client-centered care If you’re looking for a flexible, rewarding role where you can make a real impact, with the support of a well-established clinical team, we’d love to hear from you!
