Paint Technician

Industrial Paint Technician - Full Time

A growing manufacturer is seeking a full-time Industrial Paint Technician to join its team. This position focuses on painting fabricated parts and assemblies commonly used in commercial environments. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of automotive or industrial painting experience . Certifications or training with PPG or BASF are highly preferred.

The right person will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent color perception, and the ability to manage time effectively while working independently. Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds is required.

Desired Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional painting experience (automotive, industrial, or similar)
• PPG/BASF certifications or training preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8+ hour shifts
• Occasional overtime, including some weekends as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $55,000 - $75,000 annually, based on experience
